Our cuisine is in constant motion — guided by the seasons and the availability of ingredients.

For this reason, we do not offer a fixed à la carte menu.

Our dishes evolve continuously, sometimes even from day to day.

On Friday and Saturday evenings, as well as for parties of five or more, we serve exclusively our tasting menu.
